Göteborg has good access to international schools, making the city very attractive for foreign companies that wish to come to Sweden. Without exception, the companies have hired local people for their offices and units, which means that they have not had cultural conflicts or problems with adapting to Swedish society.
In many cases, however, the local manager is from the company's home country. His or her family must often accompany this person with school-age children. |
