Business Region Göteborg, BRG, together with Göteborg Region Local Government Federation has launched the database Land for commercial and industrial life. This will be fully available for potential investors via BRG´s and the member municipalities´ websites. |

The database will continuously be kept updated as there is new land available or sold. This is a new tool for municipalities and business life in order to facilitate and stimulate growth in Göteborg Region. The geographical information database has both an investment perspective as well as a planning perspective. From the investor´s point of view, the database gives qualified information about possible localisation alternatives. Today´s available land will be shown here as well as upcoming available land within the next five years. This database will work as a direct gateway to continuous contacts and a facilitated establishment process. In the region´s planning for sustainable growth, the database lays the foundation of analysing the need of available land for commercial and industrial life in a new way. The tool creates prerequisites for the region to work in a new qualified way in order to create common long-term prerequisites for a dynamic development of the business life — which makes it a better unison with the coming infrastructure development, living, housing and environment.
