These development programs are designed for the leaders of companies that have the potential to grow in markets that are larger than just the local ones.

Growth 2000 is for companies from any sector that have between 5 and 249 employees. Growth Micro is for companies with up to 4 employees. The programs have a special focus on companies that are run by women or immigrants.

The projects help businessmen to analyze their companies to facilitate their future development and growth. We support them in their role as company leaders and serve as a sounding board in the development of long-range strategies for their firms.

The Growth projects also provide an arena where companies can exchange experience and make new business contacts with the other member companies. We arrange seminars for CEOs, network get-togethers, education and training, and individual coaching.
